While Staying in Our Homes…
Piers:
- Turn OFF pier lights when going to bed. They are expensive to run.
- Use the piers at your own risk, life jackets for children are a good idea. Remember if you fall off of the pier just stand up the water is about 5 feet at the end of the pier. NO RUNNING!
- If pier light turns off allow 10 minutes before turning the light back on.
Smoking:
- DO NOT SMOKE IN OUR HOMES! If you smoke in the home or close enough to the home that the smoke gets in you will be asked to leave, no refunds or rebates. You will also be charged a $500 fee no questions asked.
- If you do smoke do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
BBQ’s:
- DO NOT use the BBQ on upstairs decks. Make sure the BBQ is far enough away from home that it will not catch fire.
- Charcoal and fluid NOT provided.
- We will clean the ashes after you leave.
Trash:
- Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday mornings.
- Be sure to tightly close the trash bin lids. The wildlife love to share!
Cleaning:
- Pick up after yourselves during your stay. Do your dishes and take out your trash before you leave. Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning fee of $50.00.
- We will send our crew in to take care of the rest. It is your day off, ENJOY!
Check-Out:
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Check that the stove is turned off. The lights are off and the AC is set to 78.
- Leave the keys on the counter and lock the door. Missing keys will be charged a $50 fee.
